Welcome to 118studio! These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website (www.118studio.com) and the photography and printing services we provide. By accessing our website, booking a session, or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
1,Communication
You agree that email will be our primary method of communication. If we accept your order for photography sessions or printing services, we’ll send you a confirmation email.The confirmation email will include all necessary legal details about your contract with 118studio.

  1. Booking and Payment
    Photography Sessions: Bookings for photography sessions can be made through our website under the “Booking” section or via our Client Login portal. A deposit may be required to secure your session, with the balance due on the day of the session.
    Printing Orders: Orders for printed products can be placed online. Full payment is required at the time of order placement unless otherwise agreed.
    Payment Methods: We accept payments via credit/debit cards, bank transfers, and other methods specified on our website.
    Cancellations: Photography session cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance to receive a refund of your deposit. Printing orders cannot be canceled once production has started.
  2. Pricing
    All prices for photography sessions and printing services are listed on our website and are subject to change without notice. Prices include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Additional fees may apply for rush orders, custom designs, or bulk orders.
  3. Delivery and Shipping (Printing Services)
    Production Time: Production times vary depending on the product and order size. Estimated timelines will be provided at the time of order.
    Shipping: We ship to the address provided during checkout. Shipping fees are calculated based on location and order weight. 118studio is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.
    Damaged or Lost Items: If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date for a resolution.
  4. Photography Session Policies
    Session Conduct: Clients are expected to arrive on time for their sessions. Late arrivals may result in a shortened session without a refund.
    Photo Usage: 118studio retains the copyright to all photos taken during sessions. Clients receive a personal use license to print and share photos for non-commercial purposes. Commercial use requires additional permission and fees.
    Rescheduling: Sessions can be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice, subject to availability.
  5. Quality and Refunds
    Photography: We strive to deliver high-quality photos. If you’re unsatisfied with your session, please contact us within 7 days to discuss a resolution, which may include a reshoot at our discretion.
    Printing: We ensure all printed products meet quality standards. If there’s an error on our part (e.g., incorrect printing or defective items), we’ll reprint or refund at our discretion. Client-provided designs are printed as submitted, and we’re not responsible for errors in your artwork.
    No Refunds for Custom Orders: Due to the personalized nature of our services, refunds are not available for custom photography sessions or printed products unless there’s an error on our part. For more information, please check our Returns and Refunds Policy.
  6. Intellectual Property
    All designs, photos, and content on the 118studio website are our property or used with permission. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our work without written consent.
    For printing orders, you confirm that any designs or images you provide do not infringe on third-party copyrights or trademarks. You are responsible for any legal issues arising from the use of such materials.
  7. Limitation of Liability
    118studio is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or products. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service or product in question.
  8. Privacy
    We collect personal information (e.g., name, contact details, photos) to provide our services. We do not share your information with third parties except as needed to fulfill your order (e.g., shipping carriers). For more details, please see our Privacy Policy.
  9. Changes to These Terms
    We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last Updated” date. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
